EY Abogados advises Dazia on the sale of one of its landmark buildings
EY Abogados advises Dazia Capital on the sale of one of its landmark buildings located on Palafox Street in Madrid. The transaction was structured as an asset deal in favor of a national investor.
The asset comprises 10 one- and two-bedroom homes and will continue to be operated by Darya Living, Dazia’s operator, which specialises in managing short- and medium-stay rental homes and buildings in central Madrid, offering services to both private clients and family offices.
The firm team was led by Rafael Medina (partner), with Natalia Tova (senior manager) and Araceli Vargas (junior).
