EY Abogados advises Atresmedia on stake acquisition
EY Abogados has advised media group Atresmedia, through its subsidiary Ac2ality, on the acquisition of a stake in La Cara Buena del Mundo, a digital media outlet focused on positive and constructive news stories aimed at promoting social impact and a more optimistic view of current affairs.
The transaction supports Ac2ality’s objective of diversifying its digital news offering, broadening the range of content and formats available to audiences and brands. Ac2ality is a news portal founded by four young women from Madrid.
