EY Abogados advises Ardian France on purchase of RE

EY Abogados has advised the international Fund manager Ardian France, on the purchase of one of the Madrid headquarters of the State Tax Administration Agency

pjimage 2021 07 21T104054.484EY Abogados has advised Ardian France on the purchase of an office building with a constructed area of 16,379 square meters, located at Calle Lérida 32-34 in Madrid. This is Ardian France’s first Real Estate Investment in Spain and has been carried out through its office, recently established to invest in the Spanish Real Estate market.

The property is fully leased to the State Tax Administration Agency.

The EY Abogados Legal team that has participated in this operation has been led by Iván Azinovic Gamo (pictured left), Real Estate partner, together with his team members Natalia Tova Cobo (pictured bottom right) and Jorge Salazar Santander (pictured top right).
