EY Abogados advises Admara on joint venture for residential development in Punta Umbría

EY Abogados has advised Admara Real Estate Investment Management on the signing of a joint venture agreement with Grupo Pecera and a group of investors for the acquisition of three plots of land in Punta Umbría (Huelva) for a residential project. Urbanitae also participated in the transaction, providing the necessary financing for the development of the project.

The legal and tax team at EY Abogados was led by Rafael Medina (partner) and comprised Enrique Padilla and Juan Caliz (partner and Manager of the tax team, respectively), as well as Natalia Tova and Federico Calderón (senior manager and manager of the legal team, respectively).

The firm provided comprehensive legal and tax advice throughout the process, until the final signing of the agreement.
