EY Abogados advises Hotelverse in the investment by Actyus Private Equity

EY Abogados has successfully advised Hotelverse in the investment by Actyus Private Equity,  the alternative investment arm of Andbank.

Hotelverse is preparing to expand into the United States, supported by a recent investment from Actyus Private Equity. The new capital will help the company scale its product and accelerate its international growth.

The legal team was led by Javier Bustillo (partner) and Santiago López (manager) members of the M&A and Private Equity team of EY Abogados
