EY Abogados advises Alinatur on the acquisition of Pet Snack
EY Abogados has successfully advised Alinatur in the acquisition of a majority stake in Pet Snack Company, an entity engaged in the production of snacks, bones and semi-moist pet food through the brand Mediterranean Natural.
After this acquisition, Alinatur will be the only Spanish company producing every type of natural and high-quality pet food, diversifying its offer and strengthening its position both in the national and international markets, as far as foreign sales represent a remarkable stake of the business.
The legal team, who assisted in the share acquisition and the shareholders agreement, was led by Susana Gómez Badiola (partner) and Ignacio Sevilla (senior manager) with the support of Miguel Borrás (senior) members of the Corporate, M&A and Private Equity team.
