Everwood Capital instructs Garrigues on €150m photovoltaic assets sale

Fund manager Everwood Capital was advised by Garrigues on the sale of three portfolios of renewable energy assets.

Everwood has several offers on the table and hopes the proposals will be finalised this month. The portfolios are valued at more than €150 million.

The Garrigues team included corporate partner José Luis Ortin Romero and tax partner José María Cobos Gómez.

PwC acted as financial advisor to Everwood Capital.
