Eversheds Sutherland promotes Joana Pinhal to guest partner
Eversheds Sutherland Portugal has promoted Joana Pinhal to guest partner in its Corporate and M&A department. She also becomes deputy coordinator of the Corporate and M&A practice and head of the Private Equity and Venture Capital areas.
Pinhal joined the firm in 2025 and until now served as principal associate. In that role she was regularly involved in complex transactions for domestic and international clients.
Rodrigo Almeida Dias, managing partner of Eversheds Sutherland Portugal, said: “This promotion reflects Joana’s career path, her technical skills and the decisive contribution she has made to the development and growth of our Corporate and M&A practice.”
