Eversheds Sutherland advises on the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of the company Autocares Julian de Castro

Eversheds Sutherland Spain has advised Avanza Movilidad Integral, a subsidiary of the Mexican multinational Mobility ADO, on the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Autocares Julián de Castro, a historic operator of bus routes in the northwest of the Community of Madrid.

Avanza Movilidad Integral will now operate urban and interurban buses in 11 municipalities along the A-6 highway (Galapagar, Collado Villalba, Colmenarejo, Valdemorillo, Torrelodones, Navalagamella, Colmenar del Arroyo, Villanueva del Pardillo, Villanueva de la Cañada, Majadahonda and Las Rozas) that connect with each other and with the city of Madrid.

The operation has been led by Corporate partner Carlos Pemán together with María Isabel González Ojeda and Mercedes Olmedo González.

Also participating in the transaction were: Crisanto Perez-Abad competition partner and María Rodríguez Villegas competition associate, Juan Moncada real estate legal director, Alberto Dorrego de Carlos public law partner, Jaime Peralta Barrios public law legal director, Jose Fernández de Mesa Vargas tax counsel, Jaime Gordillo tax lawyer, Teresa Salinas Pozo labor counsel and Beatriz Reina Ibáñez labor legal director.
