Eversheds Sutherland advises Amalthea Retail and the entity that owns La Farga shopping center
Eversheds Sutherland has advised Amalthea Retail and the owner of La Farga shopping center, located in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona), on the sale of the shopping center to Inversiones y Promociones GL 2023, a group owned by López Real Inversiones (LRI) and Guillem Capital.
The transaction has been closed with the acquisition of the asset by LRI and Guillem Capital, which adds to its portfolio a shopping center of more than 18,000 m² with a strategic location in the metropolitan area of Barcelona.
The firm team involved in the transaction was led by Real Estate partner, Rafael Arraez Amselem, together with Ignacio Fraile Medina, Verónica Hinojosa and Andrea Calavia Mendiola, with the participation of the Banking and Finance team, Teresa Villarroya Vargas and Eugenia García-Calzada Villar.
