Eversheds Sutherland FCB has strengthened its Angolan and Tax practice with the hiring of António Pedro Pereira

The lawyer’s practice will have a special focus on the firm’s presence and activity in Angola, in particular in the area of ​​Tax Law. The firm’s Angolan practice in particular, has been highlighted as a top tier firm by some of the leading international directories.

António Pedro Pereira (pictured right) has more than 20 years of experience in the Tax area, having accompanied domestic and international clients in a wide range of operations from Business Restructuring to Tax procedures in Portugal. Since 2011, he has been linked to the jurisdiction of Angola, advising several clients in the most important segments of this economy, namely Oil and Gas, Mining Operations and Telecommunications, including accompanying several foreign investment projects in Angola. Before joining Eversheds Sutherland FCB, António Pedro Pereira worked for Deloitte and EY Angola.
