Eversheds advises La Verdosa on its IPO on the Portfolio Stock Exchange

Eversheds Sutherland has advised La Verdosa Private Equity on its IPO on the Portfolio Stock Exchange, making it the first private equity firm to be listed in Spain. With a market capitalization of €216.24 million and an initial share price of €18.02, its debut represents a milestone in the stock markets.

Manuel López highlights: “SCRs are regulated vehicles that allow private investment to be channeled, and their listing on Portfolio SE opens up new and more efficient financing opportunities for SCRs”.

The team has been led by partner Manuel López, together with lawyers Borja Dopico, Francisco López Flores and Constanza Gilaz Villalobos Candelario.
