Evergreen advises Tresmares on Greenkeeper deal
Evergreen Legal has advised Tresmares Capital on its acquisition of a minority stake in Greenkeeper, a Spanish company specialising in air filtration and preservation solutions for the industrial, logistics and food sectors.
Greenkeeper, which operates in more than 60 countries, will use the investment to strengthen its international expansion strategy and continue developing new solutions in a market increasingly shaped by supply chain efficiency and product preservation demands.
For Tresmares Capital, the deal is consistent with its strategy of backing SMEs with high growth potential through tailored financing solutions designed to support long-term development.
