Evergreen Legal appoints Yurena Medina as new partner

Evergreen Legal has appointed Yurena Medina (pictured) as a new partner. Prior to joining the firm, Medina developed her career in the banking and finance departments of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Hogan Lovells and KPMG.

The new partner of Evergreen Legal holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas. She has 20 years of experience in advising national and international lenders, funds and companies in connection with financing transactions, including real estate finance, acquisition finance, corporate finance, project finance and asset finance.

She has also advised on transactions relating to the issuance of various types of debt instruments, as well as asset securitisations and structured financings.
