Evergreen Legal advises family shareholder of Inmobiliaria Padilla

In a strategic move, the family-owned entity Inmobiliaria Padilla has successfully closed the sale of its property located at 32 Padilla Street to the Spanish investment firm Persépolis.

The residential block spans approximately 8,000 square meters, comprising a ground floor and four additional levels.

The investor’s objective is to transform the property into an upscale luxury housing project, intricately linked to renowned fashion brands and complemented by high-end hotel services. This ambitious endeavor aims to revitalize and market these luxurious residences within the capital city.

The transaction was executed with expert guidance from Evergreen Legal, with Ignacio Freire (pictured left) and Celia Gil (pictured centre) overseeing M&A aspects, and Diego Pérez de Nanclares managing the Real Estate component.
