Evergreen advises Sherpa Capital on the acquisition of 86% of Koxka
Evergreen Legal has advised capital management firm Sherpa Capital on the acquisition of 86% of Koxka, a Navarre-based manufacturer specialising in the design, manufacture and maintenance of refrigerated furniture for the food sector.
The transaction will enable Koxka to strengthen its investments, boost its technological development and advance its goal of doubling in size over the next three to four years. The company has a turnover of approximately €50 million and maintains a significant presence in Europe and Latin America, where it serves clients such as Walmart, Tesco, Carrefour, Lidl and Mercadona.
The advice was provided by a team comprising M&A partners Ignacio Freire and Luis Vegas, together with associates Marina Roji and Miguel Balseiro.
