Evergreen advises Argis on the €324m acquisition of a portfolio of 1,016 homes
Evergreen Legal has advised capital management company Argis on the acquisition of a portfolio comprising 1,016 homes from Acciona, distributed across 11 developments located in Madrid, Barcelona and Terrassa, currently in various stages of construction. In terms of volume, this is one of the most significant transactions in the Spanish residential market in recent years.
The transaction, valued at €324 million, reinforces Argis’ growth and geographical diversification strategy and consolidates its position in the Build to Sell (BTS) segment, increasing its pipeline to over 3,000 units.
