ETL Global integrates the firm Auditing Abogados y Economistas

ETL Global grows in Catalonia by adding the firm Auditing Abogados y Economistas which, in turn, is integrated through Mediconsulting, a member firm of the group since 2021. Mediconsulting offers tax, labor, corporate and legal consulting services to the healthcare sector.

Mediconsulting

Mediconsulting is the consulting firm of Grupo Med, a group of companies of the Colegio de Médicos de Barcelona, and is part of ETL Global, the first international group of professional services of tax, legal, audit and consulting to SMEs and middle market in Spain and Europe. Through this integration, Mediconsulting strengthens its client portfolio specialized in the medical sector and scientific societies.

Since its incorporation in 1989, the Auditing firm has specialized in tax, commercial and accounting advice to non-profit organizations, specifically foundations and associations. This specialization takes place from two sides, academic and professional, and is carried out in the tax, labor, accounting and legal fields.

With the entry into Auditing’s shareholding, Mediconsulting will boost its growth plan, allowing it to strengthen its position as a reference in the health and scientific sector. In this way, Mediconsulting will offer services to more than 4,700 clients, of which 4,000 are doctors, and to more than 700 companies, mainly professional societies. Auditing and Mediconsulting professionals will together make up a staff of 40 consultants.

Integration of Auditing Abogados y Economistas

Joan Antón Abad, managing partner of Auditing, states that “this incorporation to Mediconsulting and to the ETL Global group will allow us to take advantage of the synergies of our multidisciplinary teams dedicated to tax, labor, accounting and legal advice within the healthcare field” and adds, “we are very happy to be part of the group”.
