ETL GLOBAL integrates in Pamplona the firm Asdemar
ETL GLOBAL, through the firm Despachos BK ETL GLOBAL, has continued with its expansion strategy in Pamplona, with the integration of the firm Asdemar, led by founding partner Ignacio Marcelino. The result of this merger will add up to a team of 266 professionals.

Now, with its arrival at Despachos BK ETL GLOBAL, a firm integrated in the ETL GLOBAL group since 2015, specialized in professional services of comprehensive advice for self-employed, SMEs and large companies, which has a team of more than 250 professionals, Asdemar becomes part of the local headquarters, “becoming a single, larger office, with greater synergies, more specialties and a wider range of services,” they share in a statement from the international firm.
Alba Marcelino, lawyer, economist and now manager of the Pamplona office, together with her partner Virginia Ibilcieta, also a lawyer, face this new stage as “an opportunity for growth that will allow us to offer our clients a greater number of services while maintaining the same close and personalized attention that we have been offering up to now”.
With this merger, “Asdemar will not only maintain its identity and focus, but will also boost its growth, accessing a wider network of knowledge and resources, being able to provide an even more specialized and complete service, which will include, among others, legal, tax and accounting advice, grant management, human resources, investment plans, viability plans, mergers, takeovers and spin-offs.”
New headquarters
The integration of Asdemar into Despachos BK ETL GLOBAL will take effect with its move, in the coming months, to the firm’s current offices at Calle Berriobide 40, Of. 201, (Ansoáin, Navarra) which will undergo an expansion and refurbishment, reinforcing the firm’s presence in the city and positioning itself as one of the largest law firms in the city with a team of more than 15 professionals.
