ENC Energy instructs Sérvulo on Gasflow sale

Portuguese law firm Sérvulo advised ENC Energy on its sale of Gasflow to Capwatt, a company belonging to Sonae Capital.

Gasflow is the company responsible for operating and maintaining a biogass energy recovery plant at the Chamusca landfill with an installed capacity of 1,063 kilowatts.

An ENC Energy statement said the company would continue to “work together [with Capwatt] in the operation and maintenance of this plant”.

Servulo’s team was led by partner Sofia Carreiro.
