Enagás completes the first phase of the SecretarIA project advised by Ecija
Enagás has successfully completed the first phase of the SecretarIA Project, a major step forward in the digitisation and optimisation of the company, thanks to the implementation of a document management system (DMS) in the company’s General Secretariat, which centralises and automates the management of contracts and legal documentation on a single platform.
This solution has made it possible to structure and digitise documentation from the Legal Advice, Audit, Compliance, Risk, General Services and Corporate Governance departments, applying traceability and control criteria that reinforce the efficiency of the organisation’s document management, integrating automation and low-code solutions that have facilitated the optimisation of the process.
In the words of the project coordination team, ‘this tool will increase operational efficiency and streamline decision-making, eliminating information silos and simplifying processes, enabling progress in the digitalisation of Enagás, which is one of the company’s strategic pillars.’
The project was led by Jesús Vicente Menoyo and Alejandro Moliner, Principal Legal Engineer and Legal Tech Consultant at Ecija Tech.
