Empordef advised by Cuatrecasas on sale of EID stake to Cohort
Cuatrecasas advised Portuguese state defence company Empordef on the sale of 23 per cent of the share capital of research and development company Empresa de Investigacao e Desenvolvimento de Electronica (EID) to technology group Cohort.
The deal was valued at €3.9m.
The transaction brings Cohort’s holding in EID to 80 per cent, with the Portuguese government holding the remaining 20 per cent.
