EllipseIP hires Inmaculada González López as partner

EllipseIP, a boutique law firm specialising in intellectual and industrial property, has appointed Inmaculada González López as a new partner. She transits from BomhardIP.

She has more than 20 years’ experience in intellectual and industrial property, holds a PhD in Law from the University of Barcelona and an LL.M. from the University of Munich. She has developed her professional career at BomhardIP, where she led the firm’s Spanish practice, and previously as an associate at Cuatrecasas, advising national and international companies on trademarks, industrial designs, patents and copyright, as well as on the definition of strategies for the protection, exploitation and defence of intangible assets.

Alongside her professional practice, she has maintained a strong academic profile, teaching at the Catholic University of Valencia and Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona. She is the author of numerous specialised publications and a frequent speaker at national and international forums. “With this appointment, EllipseIP strengthens its structure and value proposition as a specialised boutique firm, offering strategic and legal services in intellectual and industrial property both in Spain and across Europe”, states the law firm.
