Ejaso opens in Málaga with Agustín Cruz at the lead
Ejaso bolsters its presence in Andalucía with the opening of a new location in Málaga, and the appointment of Agustín Cruz (pictured) as the office’s managing partner.
The move adds on the firm’s footprint in the region, coming alongside existing locations in Seville and Córdoba.

Agustín Cruz, managing partner for the new Málaga office, specialises in real estate and construction law. Over more than 25 years of practice, he has advised and defended, construction companies, and sector operators in a wide range of projects, with a particularly strong presence in Málaga and the Costa del Sol, while also maintaining activity in Barcelona.
Commenting on the new Málaga office, Cruz states: “Málaga is experiencing an extraordinary moment, with a strong presence of international capital and highly complex projects.
