Ejaso names four new partners and focus on family businesses
Ejaso continues to expand its team by promoting four new partners, all from within the firm. The newly appointed partners are Daniela Leal (Innovative Business & Venture Capital), Alejandra Agustín and Roberto Corrochano (Labor & Employment), and Ignacio Sandamil (Litigation & Arbitration).
But the firm is not stopping there. In parallel, it has launched a new business unit specializing in family businesses, led by Sergio Parra. This department aims to provide comprehensive advisory services to Latin American family businesses looking to internationalize and expand in Spain and Europe.
“Spain has become a key destination for Latin American family businesses seeking to establish a strong presence in the European market. Its solid economy, EU membership, and cultural ties to Latin America make it an ideal hub for investment and business growth,” explains Parra.
To ensure the success of this initiative, the new unit will work closely with the firm’s Tax and Corporate departments, leveraging Ejaso’s expertise to guide family businesses through the challenges of international expansion.
With these new appointments and strategic initiatives, the firm reinforces its commitment to innovation, business growth, and tailored legal solutions for companies navigating complex markets.
