Ejaso incorporates Ernesto Gutiérrez as partner

Madrid-headquartered law firm Ejaso ETL Global has recruited Ernesto Gutiérrez as partner in its corporate department.

Gutiérrez (pictured) has more than 24 years of experience and specialises in corporate, commercial, financial and banking law,  as well as securities, mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and real estate law.

He also has expertise in the areas of real estate investment trusts, or SOCIMIs, and ‘sale-and-leaseback’ operations.

He has formerly a partner at DA Lawyers and Crowe Madrid. Prior to that, he was a lawyer at  Alezes Abogados, which followed a spell as legal director at Linkoil International Group.
