Ejaso hires a new associate for its commercial area

Ejaso has hired Blanca Monteoliva Pereira (pictured) as an associate to strengthen its commercial-financial area in Galicia.

Monteoliva Pereira holds a law degree from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and a master’s degree in corporate legal consultancy from the Instituto de Empresa (IE Law School). She specialises in commercial and real estate law and her expertise also includes drafting and reviewing contracts, both nationally and internationally.

With more than a decade of experience, the lawyer comes from the law firm CCS (Caamaño, Concheiro y Seoane) in A Coruña. Previously, she worked in other firms such as Broseta Abogados or Dutilh Abogados and has worked as a lawyer in the legal department of the Instituto de Empresa.

“It is an honour to join a leading firm like Ejaso, which is committed to talent, and where I can continue to offer specialised services in the commercial-financial area alongside the firm’s professionals who are former judges of the Constitutional Court, former State Attorneys and former senior government officials”, Monteoliva emphasises after joining the firm.
