Ejaso ETL hires new partner in its public law area
Ejaso ETL has hired Mario Sáez Bascuñana (pictured centre right) as partner for its public law area.
Sáez Bascuñana holds a degree in law and business administration from the Carlos III University of Madrid and has more than 18 years of experience in public law and energy.
He has developed his professional career in firms such as Deloitte, Allen & Overy or Dentons, where he has been a senior associate for the last 6 years.
The lawyer has worked for the main national utilities in matters related to the regulated sectors and public law, as well as in all types of regulatory matters, sanctioning and contentious-administrative proceedings.
