Before joining EF Solare Italia, Amalia Muollo served as General Counsel at Tetragreen Energy, an Italian company specializing in the development and construction of photovoltaic plants. With over 15 years of experience as an administrative lawyer at prominent Italian and international law firms, including Dewey & LeBoeuf and Grimaldi Studio Legale, she has provided legal support in both litigation and non-litigation matters. Muollo has advised Italian and international clients on the development and implementation of infrastructure and renewable energy projects. Her experience also spans financing operations, mergers, and acquisitions (M&A), giving her a comprehensive and in-depth perspective on the sector.
Muollo holds a law degree from the University of Parma and a Master’s in Administrative Law and Procedure. Her deep knowledge of the renewable energy market, regulatory frameworks, and the end-to-end process of solar plant development positions EF Solare Italia to strengthen its legal and strategic capabilities.
