Félix Jáquez brings extensive expertise in telecommunications law and digital regulation. A Doctor of Law and holder of a master’s degree in Telecommunications and ICT Law from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Jáquez has played a pivotal role in legislative reform and has advised some of the leading telecom operators in the Dominican Republic. His experience further positions Ecija as a leading firm in digital transformation and regulatory matters in the Caribbean.
In Guatemala, Edvin Montoya joins with over 23 years of experience in civil, commercial, and tax law, along with a strong background in dispute resolution and international arbitration. His designation as an expert at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague, combined with his advisory work for major clients in the telecommunications, energy, and banking sectors, bolsters Ecija’s international profile and regional capabilities in Central America.
