ECIJA has announced a significant reinforcement to its fiscal and tax department in Madrid with the strategic addition of Francisco Iniesto and his team of three professionals. This move underscores the firm’s commitment to growth and excellence in legal services.
Francisco Iniesto brings a wealth of experience to Ecija, having built his career at prestigious law firms including Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo, CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo, and Vaciero. With over 20 years of expertise, Iniesto specializes in corporate tax, succession planning, due diligence in M&A transactions, real estate taxation, wealth management, restructuring operations, and entertainment tax matters.
