Ecija integrates digital transformation consultancy Nimerya
Ecija, chaired by Hugo Ecija, announces the incorporation of Nimerya, a consultancy specialising in digital transformation, and restructures its technology division under the Ecija Tech brand.
In the words of Alejandro Touriño, CEO of Ecija, ‘The integration of Nimerya and the restructuring of Ecija Tech represent a natural step in our vision of building a radically different firm model. It is not just about incorporating technology, but about designing an operational architecture capable of transforming how professional services are delivered. This move is not a destination, but the next step on a path of continuous transformation.’
Nimerya
Founded in 2018, Nimerya supports companies from different sectors in leveraging the value of their data as a strategic tool for decision-making. In just seven years, the consultancy has built a team specialising in advanced analytics, automation and RPA, artificial intelligence, cloud architectures and cybersecurity.
With this integration, the firm is shaping a new technological structure under the Ecija Tech brand, a redesigned division that will be structured around three pillars: Legaltech, Digital Services and Crypto. These units will operate in a coordinated manner, with their own identity and a joint vision.
Ecija Tech
The division will offer digitisation services for legal, tax and regulatory compliance departments; intelligent process automation; data analytics; artificial intelligence solutions; cybersecurity; blockchain; cloud; and digital asset consulting.
The Legaltech unit will be led by Jesús Vicente (lawyer and engineer) and Belén de Moya (consultant). Meanwhile, the incorporation of Nimerya marks the launch of Ecija Digital Solutions, led by Daniel López Macías and Sergio González Márquez.
Ecija Crypto, which was created in July following the integration of the legal and tax advisory boutique specialising in crypto assets and Web3 CLCripto, is led by Jesus Lorente.
