Ecija advises on the restructuring of Alcaliber’s workforce

Ecija has advised Alcaliber, a leading company in innovation in the pharmaceutical sector, in the process of restructuring its workforce through a collective dismissal procedure (ERE), agreeing as accompanying social measures a Temporary Employment Regulation Procedure (ERTE), together with a Substantial Modification of Working Conditions (MSCT) of collective nature and wage unloading measures.

Ecija’s labor and employment team, led by Fernando Vizcaíno, partner of the firm and the managers Carlos Carril and Jaime Otero, reached an agreement with the legal representation of the workers of Alcaliber in Toledo, Madrid and Albacete.
