ECIJA advises on the new series of RTVE and Amazon Prime, La Frontera

ECIJA has advised Par Producciones in the new series of RTVE and Amazon Prime “La Frontera” which takes place in the 80’s in the border between the Basque Country and France, in a key moment of Spain and France in their fight against the terrorist group ETA.

The firm has advised on all issues related to audiovisual production (service contracts, production contracts, exploitation contracts, distribution contracts, etc.), and on matters related to the Right to Information and Freedom of Expression, in particular with regard to possible collisions with the rights to Honor, Personal and Family Privacy and Image.
