Dutilh Abogados integrates life sciences and sports firm AS LAW

Dutilh Abogados has announced it has integrated specialist life sciences and sports law firm AS Law.

Three-partner AS Law has offices in Madrid and Valencia.

AS Law’s client base includes companies in the biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, bioinformatics, genomics and agro-food sectors.

The firm also advises clients in the sports sector including athletes, sports clubs, sponsors, and organisers of sporting events.

Ivo Portabales, managing partner of Dutilh Abogados, said life sciences is an “exciting sector with a wide range of cutting-edge services” and, consequently, AS Law would complement  Dutilh’s intellectual property practice.

As Law is the second law firm to be integrated into Dutilh Abogados this year following the incorporation of Suárez de la Dehesa last March.
