Durán-Sindreu grows after the integration of Auxia Abogados

As part of its strategic growth plan, Durán-Sindreu has announced the integration of Auxia Abogados, a boutique law firm with over 15 years of experience in corporate law, M&A, corporate governance, and dispute resolution.

The move brings Rafael Navarro and Silvia Monje, founding partners of Auxia, into Durán-Sindreu as partner and associate, respectively. Navarro joins the corporate law team, while Monje will reinforce the firm’s litigation and procedural law practice.

Auxia has built a solid reputation advising SMEs across various sectors, including energy, transportation, and industry, offering legal counsel in complex business transactions and conflict resolution matters.

Navarro brings more than 25 years of experience in commercial and corporate law. He holds a Law degree from the University of Navarra, a Master’s in Legal Practice from ISDE, and a Master’s in International Trade from the University of Alicante.

Monje, now an associate at Durán-Sindreu, has over 22 years of experience and specializes in procedural law, with additional expertise in civil, criminal, and insolvency law. She holds a Law degree from the University of Barcelona and has pursued various specializations throughout her career.

This integration is part of Durán-Sindreu’s broader expansion strategy, which focuses on strengthening existing teams, creating new practice areas, and integrating specialized firms to better serve a growing and diverse client base.
