DS Durán-Sindreu promotes new partner
Barcelona-based firm DS Durán-Sindreu has appointed Marta Puig Malloréns as partner.
Within the framework of the strategic commitment to the development and growth of the firm, this appointment responds to the recognition of the professionalism, commitment, as well as the extensive experience that Marta Puig has shown in the tax area.
Marta Puig leads the tax consulting area of DS and has more than 15 years of experience in the sector. According to the firm, Puig is a specialist in the planning and coordination of multidisciplinary operations, in debt restructuring operations, corporate restructuring, proceedings and recurring tax advice.
She has a degree in Business Administration and Management from ESADE and a Law Degree from the Abad Oliva CEU University. She has complemented her training with a Master’s Degree in Marketing from ESADE and a Master’s Degree in Tax Consulting and Management from ESADE.
