DLA Piper with David Lloyd Group for two sports centres in Madrid
DLA Piper has advised David Lloyd Leisure, Europe’s leading health and fitness group, on the acquisition of two sports centres in Madrid, located in the ABC Serrano and La Finca shopping centres. Last December, DLA Piper advised the same group, through private equity fund TDR Capital, on the acquisition of three clubs of the Spanish sports and spa group Áccura, located in Gavà Mar (Barcelona), Málaga and Zaragoza.
With this new transaction, David Lloyd Clubs brings the total number of clubs in Spain to 7, four of them in Madrid.
