DLA Piper on the acquisition of seven assets for Oxford Properties
DLA Piper has advised Oxford Properties on its first transaction in the spanish logistics market, with the acquisition of seven assets located in Catalonia and the Basque Country, with a combined total area of 90,000 square metres.
Oxford Properties is a canadian multinational corporation, with operations in real estate investment, development and property management. Its portfolio includes office, retail, industrial, multi-residential, life sciences and hotel assets.
The team from DLA Piper advising Oxford Properties was led by the partner from real estate, Orson Alcocer (pictured left), the legal director, Ángel Maestro and the associates, Alejandro Márquez and Julia Fernández.
