DLA Piper counsels Avenue on €123m Quabit debt refinancing

DLA Piper has counselled Avenue Europe International Management on the refinancing of Quabit Inmobiliaria debt with the funds advised by Avenue

Spanish Real Estate company Quabit has signed a refinancing agreement with a group of funds advised by Avenue Europe International Management, related with the renegotiation of the terms and conditions of the three financing lines granted by these funds, which amount to a total of €123.2 million.

DLA Piper has advised Avenue jointly with Dentons. DLA Piper´s team was led by Corporate partner José María Gil-Robles (pictured) and included Corporate of counsel Jesús Palencia and Corporate associate Víctor Sanjuán.
