DLA Piper assists banks in ECI financing
DLA Piper has assisted 14 financial entities in closing a revolving credit facility (RCF) for El Corte Inglés with a value of €1.3 billion
The closing of the financing deal between El Corte Inglés and a group of 14 financial entities has taken place this morning. The line of credit of €1,311 million for 12 months, will serve ECI to face contingencies arising from the coronavirus crisis.
