DLA Piper and Linklaters advise on the refinancing of Avalon Properties
DLA Piper has advised ING Bank on the €291m debt refinancing of Avalon Properties assets.
Founded in 2018, Avalon Properties is an asset management company, focused on the residential sector, which seeks to expand the supply of quality rental properties at affordable prices in the Madrid region.
The team from DLA Piper advising ING Bank was formed by the partner of financing, projects and restructuring, Juan Gelabert (pictured left), the partner of real estate, Orson Alcocer (pictured right), the legal director of the financing, projects and restructuring, José Marco and the associates, Sara Espina and Santiago González.
The team from Linklaters advising Avalon Properties was formed by the partner, Juan Barona (pictured centre) and the counsel, Begoña Martínez.
