DLA Piper advises Starwood on the sale of Hotel Las Dalias

DLA Piper has advised Starwood Capital Group, a U.S. investment firm, on the sale of Hotel Las Dalias, a 429-room, four-star hotel located in Costa Adeje, Tenerife. The transaction has been carried out with the French hotel brand Covivio, through its subsidiary Covivio Hotels.

The firm has advised Starwood on several investment and financing transactions in Spain in recent years.

DLA Piper’s team has provided legal advice on urban planning and real estate. The transaction has been led by Orson Alcocer, partner in charge of the department, together with Ángel Maestro, legal director, and associates Natalia Ruigómez and Julia Fernández.
