DLA Piper advises SD Worx on the acquisition of Integrho
DLA Piper has advised SD Worx, an HR solutions provider, on the acquisition of Integrho, a payroll and HR software provider for the spanish market, based in Barcelona. Through this transaction, SD Worx seeks to further strengthen its business in Spain.
