DLA Piper advises on the merger of Seeliger and Conde at Kingsley Gate

DLA Piper has advised Kingsley Gate, a global firm specialized in executive search and talent consulting, on the integration of Seeliger y Conde, a leading executive talent recruitment firm in Spain.

Seeliger y Conde, the leader in executive talent recruitment in Spain, and Kingsley Gate, a global firm specializing in executive search and talent consulting, today announced the integration of their operations to boost their international growth and consolidate their value proposition through proprietary process technology.

As a result of this union, the Seeliger and Conde team, led by its president, Luis Conde, will become part of the global Kingsley Gate organization. The two companies share a growth strategy based on the development of a unique methodology supported by cutting-edge technology, which ensures a cultural and strategic fit between candidates and clients.

Kingsley Gate and Seeliger y Conde have a team of more than 100 consultants and approximately 350 professionals, with global reach in more than 33 countries. With this integration, the company expects to close 2023 with a turnover growth of 35% over the previous year.
