DLA Piper advises on the closing of a BBVA financing for Angelo Gordon Net Lease
DLA Piper has advised BBVA on the closing of its financing to Angelo Gordon Net Lease
Angelo Gordon Net Lease Real Estate, a division of Angelo Gordon specializing in single-tenant and operationally critical real estate assets for its users, has obtained financing from BBVA for the acquisition of four logistics assets; two located in Irún (in the province of Guipúzcoa), one in Los Corrales de Buelna and one in Sámano (both in Cantabria).
The assets, leased to Grupo Uvesco through a lease agreement for the next 20 years, were acquired by Angelo Gordon Net Lease Real Estate in March of this year and total 76,800 square meters; the two platforms located in Irún have 39,500 square meters; the one in Los Corrales de Buelna, 15,100 square meters, and the one in Sámano, 22,200 square meters.
