DLA Piper advises on the acquisition of two buildings in Madrid
DLA Piper has advised a fund managed by Amundi Real Estate on the purchase of two prime office buildings in Madrid from the real estate fund Therus and BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Development.
The French asset manager closed the acquisition of Alcalá 546, the headquarters of L’Oreal, which operates as a tenant, in December 2022, and Alcalá 544, a 10,500 sqm building, in March 2023.
