DLA Piper advises Hines on Real Estate agreement with Acciona

DLA Piper has advised global real estate investment, development and management firm Hines on a turnkey agreement with Acciona

The agreement has been closed off-market and deals with the purchase of a residential rental complex in Valdebebas district of Madrid (Valdebebas 125). The assets will be part of the portfolio of the new Hines European Value Fund 2 (HEVF 2).

Hines was represented by Colliers and advised by DLA Piper.

The advisory team of DLA Piper was formed by Orson Alcocer (pictured), partner in charge of the Real Estate area and associate Alejandro Márquez.
