DLA Piper Advises GMP on the Acquisition of an office building

DLA Piper has provided legal counsel to the real estate group GMP in the acquisition of an office building located in Méndez Álvaro, Madrid. The office tower, belonging to the Grosvenor real estate group, was completed in 2008 and boasts 10,634 square meters spread across 13 above-ground floors plus a roof terrace, along with 212 parking spaces. Furthermore, the building is currently leased to three major office operators.

The team from DLA Piper Spain leading the operation was headed by Orson Alcocer, Partner and Head of the Real Estate department. Also involved were Fátima Rico-Villademoros, Senior Associate; Rodrigo Iglesias, Associate; and María García, Associate, all from the Real Estate department.
