DLA Piper advises GLP on sale of logistics portfolio to EQT Exeter
DLA Piper has advised GLP on the sale of three logistics assets located in Valls, Illescas and Guadalajara to EQT Exeter.
The assets subject to the sale are currently leased to major logistics operators. The transaction has been structured as a sale of shares, which implies the transfer of the ownership of the assets through the sale of the shares of the owning company.
The DLA Piper team advising GLP on this transaction included lawyers from both the UK and Spain. At the Spanish level, Orson Alcocer, Partner and Head of Real Estate, Alejandro Márquez, Senior Real Estate Associate, Francisco Bachiller, Legal Director of Corporate, and Cristina Quintana, Corporate Associate, have been involved.
